South Lyon · Michigan · Established 1989
Homes change.
Good work endures.
For more than three decades, Seghi Renovations has brought careful planning, honest guidance and enduring craftsmanship to homes across Southeast Michigan.
Personal enough to listen. Experienced enough to lead.
Jim Seghi founded the company on a simple idea: treat every client as if you were helping a friend. That principle still guides every sketch, selection, site visit and final detail.
Today, an in-house designer, dedicated project team and licensed builders work together from one South Lyon home base.
